These terms form an agreement between you (the user) and Ayin Hoosh, and cover all services provided through our website, application, and API.

Ayin Hoosh is a software platform that provides general legal information and education based on the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Our services include:

• Ayin Hoosh bears no responsibility for decisions made based on information from this platform.

• Accuracy and completeness of information is not guaranteed and may require updates as laws change.

Registration is required for full use of Ayin Hoosh services. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Not share your account credentials with others.

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

• Be at least 18 years of age.

Ayin Hoosh services are provided on a subscription basis:

• AI credits do not roll over to the next month.

• Plan changes are possible at any time and take effect in the next billing period.

• Refunds are handled according to a separate refund policy.

• Misuse of services may result in account suspension or termination.

All content, software, design, and trademarks of Ayin Hoosh belong to Ayin Hoosh. Users may not:

• Copy or redistribute platform content without written permission.

• Reverse engineer or tamper with the software.

• Use the Ayin Hoosh name or logo for commercial purposes.

Users are required to use the platform legally and ethically. Use for the following is prohibited:

• Illegal activities or aiding criminal conduct

• Harassment, threats, or abuse of others

• Submitting false or misleading information

• Hacking or attempting to breach the system

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings section.

Ayin Hoosh may update these terms at any time. Important changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes will be resolved in competent Iranian courts.
